DR GREG SCHREEUWER | GENBIOME, EDGECLIFF

When the same problem keeps coming back, it’s not bad luck. It’s feedback.

People come to see me for all kinds of reasons: pain that won’t stay gone, the same relationship pattern, money stress that never quite lifts, a career that keeps stalling in the same spot.

Here’s the thing: your brain isn’t sabotaging you. It’s repeating what it learned to be safe, even when that pattern is the very thing holding you back. The less we listen to what we already know and feel, the louder that feedback gets.

My job is to help you see the pattern, work through it in the body, not just talk about it, and build a new response you can actually anchor in, so you get a different result.

WHY KNOWING ISN’T ALWAYS ENOUGH

Knowing what to change and actually changing it are two different things.

A pattern doesn’t show up randomly. It developed because, at some point, that response kept you safe, loved, accepted or in control.

Your brain still remembers that. So even when the pattern stops working for you, your body reaches for it anyway, because familiar still reads as safe.

I’m less interested in just naming the pattern and more interested in what it’s been protecting you from, and what keeps pulling you back.

Knowing is the first step. Change happens in the body.

HOW I LOOK AT THE PROBLEM

I look at the mechanics of your body and the mechanics of your behaviour, together.

My background is chiropractic, functional health and human behaviour. Between them, I’ve learned to look at a problem from more than one angle at once.

I listen to the words you use, the patterns in your history, and the feedback your body is giving us right now. I also look at how the area involved should be functioning, what’s changed, and what else might be feeding into it.

Put those pieces together, and a pattern usually shows up that was almost impossible to see when you were looking at each piece on its own.

Then I share what I’m seeing and we test it against your life. It has to actually land for you. If it doesn’t sound like your story, it’s not the right pattern yet.

YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION

Just start with what brought you in.

When you first come in, I’ll ask what’s going on and give you the space to actually explain it, properly.

I want your version of the problem. What’s happening now. How long it’s been going on. What keeps repeating. What you’ve already tried. What you want different.

01Tell me what's happeningStart with the problem exactly as you experience it. No need to have it figured out first.
02Work out where to beginI take in your history, your language, what's showing up physically, and the pattern that's surfacing as we talk.
03Start working with itDepending on what we find, that might mean kinesiology, NET, chiropractic care, or something else within my scope.
04Understand the findingsAt your Report of Findings, I'll tell you what I found and what I recommend. From there, it's your call.

You don’t need to know which technique you need, or have it all explained before you walk in. Bring the problem as you understand it. We’ll start there.

WHAT BREAKING THE CYCLE MAY LOOK LIKE

Understanding the problem isn’t the goal. The problem actually changing is.

What that looks like depends on why you’re here. These are examples of the direction we’re working toward, not a guarantee.

Health & Pain

Past the cycle of relief that never lasts. Knowing what actually aggravates or feeds the problem. Real strategies for recovery, not just management.

Relationships

Spotting the unhealthy pattern sooner. Saying what you need. Holding a boundary. Caring about someone without disappearing yourself to do it.

Work & Finances

Seeing the pressure and the old decisions driving your direction, clearly, then choosing actions that actually move you toward the life you want.

Self-Trust & Choice

Feeling more grounded in yourself. Needing less approval from everyone else. Having room to choose, instead of defaulting to the old response.

The old response might still feel familiar. It just doesn't get to make the choice for you anymore.

ABOUT DR GREG SCHREEUWER

For more than 20 years, I’ve been chasing the same question: why do problems develop, stick around, and keep coming back?

I trained as a chiropractor, but it didn’t take long before structure and mechanics stopped being enough of an answer. I got curious about what stress, past experience, conditioning and body chemistry were actually doing: how they were shaping the way someone responds, long before it shows up as a symptom.

Now I bring all of that together. Not to slap a label on the problem, but to find the pattern sitting underneath it, and work out where to actually begin.

What I want for you isn’t more appointments. It’s to leave knowing yourself better, choosing differently, and needing me less.
